If you forgot your password, it is a simple task to reset. Click to https://tngp.healthcarecommunities.org. Once the page loads, you will see a "Forgot Password" link. Click the link
Enter the email that you registered with and click "Request reset link"
Check your inbox for an email from healthcarecommunities with the subject Password Reset. Click the "Click Here" link at the bottom
A web page will open and you will be directed to enter your new password, twice. Click save
